Cancellation Policy

Certain items in our store may be offered under special purchase models, including subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy outlines the terms for modifying or cancelling such orders.

1. Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout.

• Your payment information will be stored securely, and your chosen payment method will be charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you have prepaid in full.

• Some subscriptions may automatically renew upon completion of their term. You may cancel an auto-renewal at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation email.

2. Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or pending release.

• We may charge a deposit or no fee at the time of order, and store your payment method to collect the remaining balance upon fulfillment.

• You may cancel a non-fulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund of any paid amount.

• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may, however, request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
