Shipping Policy
All orders placed with Peptoora are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms stated herein.
1. Shipping Terms

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days, subject to product availability and verification.

Peptoora is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
2. Customs and Import Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with import regulations and are permitted in the destination country.

Peptoora assumes no liability for shipments delayed, held, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for issues arising from customs clearance or import restrictions.
3. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

All claims for incorrect, missing, or damaged products must be submitted immediately upon delivery to support@peptoora.com.

Failure to notify Peptoora within 24 hours of delivery shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

No claims will be processed after this period.
4. Storage and Handling

Certain products require refrigeration after opening. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle and store the products appropriately after delivery.

Peptoora disclaims all liability for product degradation due to improper storage post-delivery.
